Lyme Disease: The Musical is an original musical dark comedy about an optimistic young woman who is stricken by a mysterious illness. With her feisty best friend and her loyal cat by her side, she navigates unsympathetic doctors, disbelieving friends, and her own depression as she fights to recover both her health and sense of hope. The show premiered at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in Los Angeles, CA in June 2022 and was nominated for two Robby Awards and five Broadway World Los Angeles Awards, including Best New Play or Musical. A video of a live performance is available to watch free on Youtube or to rent or buy on Vimeo. The show runs 85 minutes and is recommended for ages 18+ due to coarse language.
